Staying at the beachfront B Ocean Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Florida was nothing short of un-B-lievable! From the location, to the food, to the oceanfront views, friendly staff, and everything in between, I will be definitely be making a return.
Being that this was my first time in Fort Lauderdale, the resort was super easy to get to, drive around, and walk to/from. The resort’s beachfront location is unbeatable. Sitting right in the sand, the private beach is just footsteps away from whichever of the 4 buildings you are staying in. In addition to that, right beside the resort is a park with volleyball nets and plenty of outdoor activities. At night, we were able to quickly and safely walk to Fort Lauderdale’s flavorful nightlife.
But is a night out on the town even necessary? B Ocean Resort definitely does not lack in the food and beverage front. You don’t want to miss the adult-only Aqua Burlesque Show at The Wreck Bar in the resort lobby. Open for breakfast lunch and dinner, I personally recommend the Naked Crab. We grubbed large, but my favorites were the Di Mare Seafood Civiche and tuna poke for dinner and the New York Breakfast for breakfast, of course! The Salty Siren is fun, open during the daytime with food, drinks, and good music by the pool overlooking the beach. They have a delicious and refreshing Tito’s lemonade and make a mean pepperoni pizza. And if that’s not enough, there is another bar in the lobby of the Clipper Building. My most treasured morning treat, a white chocolate mocha from the Clipper Express, also located in the lobby of the Clipper Building.

We were lucky enough to live in luxury in the Master Suite, the penthouse, room 1704. The room has a private elevator, entire walls of glass facing the Atlantic Ocean, countless closets, a huge kitchen, two full bathrooms, and the largest shower I’ve ever been in. The room is beachy chic, and so up-to-date. The mounted flat screen TVs and cool lighting set the mood. I was blown away the moment I walked in.
The amenities are out of this world too. Two pools, one that over looks the beach right outside the Salty Siren, and one that is in the center of the Clipper Building that looks like a ship and the underwater can be seen from inside of The Wreck Bar. The gym has everything from free weights, cardio equipment, lifting machines, and yoga gear. They also have wet towels, dry towels, headphones, water bottles, water fountain, scale and so much more. Not to mention the private beach, right outside of the resort with umbrellas and loungers. Parking was safe and easy. There is self-parking and valet available.
I’ve already recommended B Ocean Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to my friends and family and I cant wait to go back again!
