I had the pleasure of staying at and experiencing Stay Cozy’s beautiful “Bay Overlooking Condo With Balcony” in the heart of bustling Miami, and it was an absolute blast. It made for the perfect accommodation for my visit to the busy city. The aspect that I noticed first and continued to enjoy throughout the entire stay was the massive balcony and breathtaking views. The sliding glass doors and balcony create a statement upon entering the unit. With impressive views of sparkling Biscayne Bay, marina with luxury yachts, and picturesque Downtown, the balcony serves as the highlight of the unit, perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning, wine in the evening, or a large space to enjoy some fresh air. The balcony also illuminates the apartment in the most beautiful way, creating a stunning naturally lit masterpiece.

The unit, “Bay Overlooking Condo With Balcony,” is absolutely gorgeous. It is light, bright, chic, and airy; the perfect backdrop to a luxury escape in the 305. With white walls, shining tile floors, and vibrant pops of color throughout, the unit makes your stay feel clean, fun, energized, and refreshing. I loved the attention to detail that went into the unit, from the luxury finishes, to the beautiful lighting fixtures, artwork, and flowers. Logistically, this specific unit consists of one bedroom, one full bath, and one half bath. With 1,067 SF, this apartment served as a spacious escape for the occupancy of two people. 

Another aspect I adored about Stay Cozy and the unit I stayed at, “Bay Overlooking Condo With Balcony,” was the fact that their level of service and provided comfort went above and beyond. I could appreciate that they supplied us with a fully equipped kitchen; from a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and stove, down to supplying wine glasses and plates in the cabinets. They even provide a washer and dryer in the unit. That makes it an extremely convenient place to stay for short-term fast-paced travelers like myself, or those who are renting long-term. The bathroom was also stocked with full-sized toothpaste, soaps, and essentials. 

When I am traveling, I am huge on location and proximity, and I can assure that Stay Cozy’s “Bay Overlooking Condo With Balcony” is in the perfect place. With its prime location in the vibrant neighborhood of Edgewater, the apartment is a short walk to the waterfront and shopping and a short ride to Downtown, Brickell, Wynwood, South Beach, and Design District. 

A fabulous time aside, the most important factor in a rental apartment is safety. Not only did I feel extremely safe inside Stay Cozy’s unit, but I was blown away by the technology and safety measures. Entrance is granted contactless through hand scanning technology, which makes for a secure and effortless experience. 

In all, I had an outstanding visit to Miami staying at Stay Cozy’s “Bay Overlooking Condo With Balcony.” My experience was nothing short of spectacular. The apartment is absolutely chic, stunning, and glamorous. Perfect for a short-term Miami vacation or long-term rental, Stay Cozy and their “Bay Overlooking Condo With Balcony” unit is the epitome of luxury and I can’t wait to visit again!
